We explore a student's potential by working with highly skilled professionals to observe and evaluate their present standard across a range of skills.
Through organising specially designed sessions such as a Friendly Debate, Expert-Oriented Session and Negotiation Skill Programme, we assess a student’s current ability across the skills of Public Speaking, Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership, and provide a comprehensive report for the student and their parents.
Target and Develop
We routinely analyse the student’s ElevateMe profile, provided they continue participating in our specially designed sessions.
Over a short period of time, this allows us to build a comprehensive picture of the student’s weaknesses and priority areas for improvement.
Diplomatic Impact then conducts further development programmes through the ElevateMe Academy, led by experts, to address these specific weaknesses and deficits, helping the student continuously improve and elevate their standard.
What is the
Model Diplomat
Award?
We are building a collective of leaders with a higher standard of social skills and diplomatic traits. These leaders will be known as Model Diplomats.
A student who earns the Model Diplomat award (as a result of participation in our programmes) will be a skilful, capable, and compassionate leader who carries integrity wherever they go.
They are equipped to stand out in university, the workplace, and beyond due to the higher standard of the 4 diplomatic traits they have achieved through continuous development during the programme which is seen through the issuance of a certified achievement that the student bears the 4 C’s : Clarity, Confidence, Composure and Credibility.
4 Core Diplomatic Traits
Diplomatic Impact has identified four core transferrable skills that a Model Diplomat should develop and eventually reach the highest standard through active participation in our programme.
Our Specially Designed Sessions
Diplomatic Impact has scientifically designed three specialised sessions to maximise the development of your child’s skills across a range of real-world areas, while allowing their performance to be closely observed and evaluated by experienced real-world professionals

The
'Friendly Debate'
A Friendly Debate is designed to bring out the full potential of each participant, with particular emphasis on developing and strengthening the key elements of effective debating. As its name implies, the student is encouraged to air their views in a friendly environment rather than engage in a mere hostile argument. This allows the participants to share common thoughts and to agree on disagreed points with mutual respect to the opinion of the opponent.

'Negotiation Skill
Programme'
A Negotiation Skill Programme is a specialised session where participants are trained to arrive at a quick, sensible and practical determination over critical and sensitive issues
The
'Expert-Oriented Session'
Expert-orientation is a specially designed novel program, focused on student
development in the areas of observation, questioning, clarification,
understanding, airing different opinions and comprehension over debated points
with due regard to the opinions of a trained and more experienced mind.
